I would be willing to bet that the Corlett(e) is similar to the Cain(e)s, etc. Spelling of surnames seems to be related to the accuracy of the recorder of the record and/or the choice of the individual/family.
You are no doubt related to Corlette/Corlett/Curlet, Corlet/etc.
