I have been researching the Bridson family from Malew, Isle of Mann

My line stems from Arthur Bridson (1801-1862) and Eliza Holmes (1802-1858) who emigrated to Australia in 1853, with several of their children

Their Eldest Daughter Eliza Esther Bridson (1825-1860) had married Charles Wyndham Ball in London in 1845. Charles W Ball died in 1853 leaving Eliza with 4 young children. In 1858, 5 years after her husbands death Eliza Esther Ball emigrated to Australia with 3 of her children Lillie, Charles and Mary Charlotte ( one child Kate died 1855). It seems likely Eliza Esther Ball Nee Bridson, widowed, chose to join her parents and siblings in Australia.

I would be grateful for any further light and information anyine can add to this side of the Bridson family.
