re guardians look at the wills or administrations of the parents - any guardian should be named here, when a child reaches 14 they can petition the court for a change of guardian - this should also be noted as an addition to the previous decree.
Normally they will be either grandparents or more usually uncles/aunts (siblings of the deceased parent(s))
