I am trying to confirm if a John Thomas Christian born abt 1922 lived on the Isle of Man as a child with a Dr Allen or his sister Mrs Lomax. John was abandoned in Sefton Park Liverpool aged 2 weeks old and was taken on by Dr Allen and then Mrs Lomax his sister when her brother died. No other details are known.
