If anyone can help with WILLIAM EDWARD TEARE was born on 11 Mar 1884 in Ballavaghen, Foxdale, Patrick Parish, Isle of Man. He died on 23 Oct 1962. Seems he was brother to my late paternal grandfather and i know nothing about William at all!
