We have done quite a bit of research on the Killey family at Eary Voar German. In your post you attribute the Catherine Killey who marries John Gelling Ballamillighan to parents Phillip Killey and Ann Clucas; who are of Eary Voar. Our research suggests (but is not conclusive) that Catherine Killey of Eary Voar marries Philip Quilliam. (19 Nov 1745 German).
Obviously both marriages cannot be Catherine Killey of Eary Voar; and we wondered what evidence exists to support the Gelling marriage theory.
This is an important area of research for us and our only interest is in getting it correct - if we are wrong so be it.. Thank you for any help that you (or indeed others) can offer.
