The only time Elizabeth was accurate re her age was in 1841 census - and here she is one year older than Isaac which fits in fine with my reading of the Marriage reg + also the gaps in the most likely Muncaster family
(You've also noted the strong links with the Mormons - the watchmaker part of the clan were also Mormons)
