John Clarke + wife Cath sold Kiondroghad half to John Cannel who had married Jane Callister d/o Hugh and other half to Robt Callister only son of Adam Callister son of Hugh - John Cannell continued to farm in Bishops demesne and settled Kiondroghad on his son Pat - I suspect John is son of Patrick Cannel who was noted of Bishops demense but for obvious reason there are no land records involving land transfers in the Bishops demesne but if they rented an intack outside you may be able to follow the trail backwards in land records - most bapts of demesne farmers would be in Ballaugh.
