According to FamilySearch there were two William Sayles b.1820 living in Peel. One died 30 Oct. 1885 (buried 1 Nov.) and the other died 4 Feb.1892 (buried 7 Feb.1892).
I looked up the 1891 census but the only William Sayle I found of about the right age (b.1821) was in Andreas and married to Maria.
