Philip Scarffe was born in 1630 in Lonan, Garff, Isle of Man. He had three sons, John, Gilbert, William and one daughter, Ellen with Catherine Kaighan between 1655 and 1665. If anyone is able to help provide his parents names, or any exact dates for his birth & death I would greatly appreciate it. My father's name is Donald Scarff
