Hi again Kev, That is her birthday date. She taught in Thames and then I think travelled with a friend or relative to Isle of Man (Bateman/Kelly) and to Cornwall (Climo). When she came back she married Alfred William Renall who was a farmer. I think she taught at Te Toro school, Waiuku but I dont know for how long. It has not been operational for years. She had 6 sons and 1 daughter and they lived at TeToro until she died. 3 of the sons carried on the farm and today just one grandson runs a dairy farm but there are others on lifestyle blocks. Nanny was an amazing pianist and she taught all the children to play the piano. My Dad could play be ear. She was also an avid hockey player and a few of her sons played for counties.
