Bond + security is a legal document indicating that the 1st party has borrowed money from the 2nd party (generally at legal interest or 6%) and gives as security some named property that can be seized by 2nd party if the loan is not repaid within some specified period or 21years.
These are deposited at Manx Museum and you have there the reference number to request the same.
