the mentioned Wm + Thos are the sons of Wm and gsons of Thomas - Wm doesn't mention any other relns other than his children so can't really make any comments re his siblings - he has a MI at the old Ballaugh church adjacent to many other Cowleys of Crammag Lezayre.
