I think I can help here on the Kewley side.

The Manx Notebook has information about the Kewleys of Ballafreer, and I think this family descends from there. It says that John Kewley and Elizabeth Gelling were married St Andrews Day 1703, i.e. Nov 30. They are the parents of Ellinor Kewley bapt 13 May 1706 Marown, who later married John Stevenson (or Steen). She is 37, so having only 2 living children after is reasonable. John Kewley (1673-1753) was son of Nicholas Kewley (d 1705) & Ellinor Cannon (d 1724/5) married 12 Nov 1668 at Kirk Michael. Nicholas Kewley was s/o Wiliam Kewley & Catharine Scarff who was of Ballaskerroo Lonan.

Elizabeth Gelling (1685-1753) was of the Camlork Braddan Gelling group. Her parents were John Gelling (d bef 1724/5) & Margaret Christian (d 1724/25), grandparents were Paul Gelling Jnr (ca 1610 - 1662/3) & Isabella Lewin of Camlork. Paul's father was another Paul Gelling but of course it gets spottier as you go back.

I have some connections to Gelling (my own surname), Kewley (my g-g-grandmother) and Scarffe of Ballascarroo ( g-g-g-grandmother), but any connections here must be very far back.
