I'm trying to find the ancestors of Deemster Thomas Kneen born 1852 as I believe there is a connection to my Kneen family. I read somewhere that his ancestors could be traced back to a Johnet McNyven (Kneen) who owned Carmodil Moar in 1515 so I am assuming his family tree must be recorded somewhere. Hoping someone can help.
