Hello Researchers.
I am sifting through old 17th century wills and land records. Has anyone come across the term 'grandson' (e.g Daniel, grandson of John Garrett)?
I was wondering whether this term was often meant as 'nephew' in earlier records?
Any help would be appreciated.
Craig
