I am researching my father's Manx origins and, thanks to your site, have further knowledge of my grandparents Thomas Henry Kewley and Isabella Coole Kewley.
I am seeking information on the tragic accidental drowning of their son, Tom Coole Kewley in the Black River, Ohio, USA in 1909. I have tried in vain to find any report of the accident. I know he sailed from my home city of Liverpool to New York in 1906 aged 21 years. He is listed as a fishmonger! Can anybody help please?
My grandfather George Joseph Howes married Isabella's daughter Emmie May, they are buried together in Anfield Cemetery, not far from my dear parent's grave.
