Mike, last week I gave you the information of her birth certificate from the ManxBMD index which was:
Year/ Surname/ Name/ District/ Vol/ Page No
1921/ Radcliffe/ Joan Kennaugh/ Rushen/ C/ 474

I also gave you the contact details for the General Registry to give the above details to.

You can email them or write to order her birth certificate: www.gov.im/registries/general/civilregistry/
- see "Contacts" at the top of the page.

When you have the details from the cert. and post them on this board people will be able to see who her family could have been, and help you further. There is no point in guessing when you can obtain the official record of her birth.
