The 2/11/1816 marriages shows Edward Corkill and William Caine as witnesses.

Note that John was a twin and his parents had two other sets of twins, that would have been hard work !!

The christening of John 24/3/1850 to John Corkill and Ann Kay in Braddan shows the father as a Shoemaker , same applies to Eliza christened 22/6/1845 in Kirk German.

The christening of John Titus in Lonan 24/5/1856 to John Corkill and Mary Ann Brew shows the father living in Laxey Glen and father is a miner.

On the LDS IGI there are a few members trees that show the mother of John Corkill who married Mary Ann Brew was Margaret Creetch. But you can't always accept members trees as correct
