I would love to hear any stories you may have Tom was my great grandfather and yes he played fiddle very well I am told, and he was a wonderful dancer in his day as well he and his sister opened the dancing at the governors ball when they were young. Apparently it was tradition for the Governor and his lady to lead the dance however Tom and Rhodie -Ann started dancing and the Governor was so impressed he allowed them to continue. Others were going to intervene and stop their dancing and the Governor said no they dance so beautifully don't stop them. This is the story my mother told me. He was wonderful with Horses too! A Horse whisperer!
