almost certainly not - tho I may put my own transcription of land records on paid-for cd, any thing I was given is freely available - certainly that was why I allowed Brian to include the few transcriptions that he 'borrowed' from me - most of the early transcriptions came from Joyce Oates tho she gave me many of the same transcriptions I'm not sure under what arrangement she gave her latest transcriptions
