When we upgraded to Windows10 the new MS browser (Edge) would not allow us to open the images - we just got an error message that the IGI would be upgraded shortly

Good news is that the images now work with Edge but the bad news is that in upgrading they appear to have damaged compatibility with Internet Explorer which now does not work with the images

If you have not got Windows 10 and Edge you might try Google Chrome
