Before I order a LDS film, was wondering if anyone had information regarding a specific piece of property that was jointly sold by my 4th and 5th ggrandfathers before they came to America.

The sale is listed on Frances' CD under NSS transcripts as being recorded 13 May 1826 between John & William Teare and John X. According to Thomas Tear's 1888 account, the mystery John should be a John Callow for 12 acres.

I have the LDS film number, but thought I'd ask before ordering. Particularly interested in what the farm was called and where it was located (close to Blue Point according to Thomas Tear).
