Ive tried to find a bapt for Wm Shimmin who marriedChristian Quine in 1773. and I found anentry in St Marks for William son of William Shimmin(fertriy) Does anyone have any idea what the word in brackets would mean please?I also found an entry for Christian's bapt to Wm Quine who I think married grace Woods but the bapt was dated 1772 and Christians marriage to Wm Shimmin was 1773.Something doesnt seem right. Any help would be appreciated
