For what it's worth there are a couple of trees on ancestry.com that agree with your Ann Quayle Craine (md 1st to Robert who d 13 May 1827 Braddan) md Thomas Bell 30 December 1828 Braddan
She had 8 children with Robert Craine and 2 more with Thomas Bell

She was d/o John Quayle and Jane Cowle who md 14 Feb 1781 Braddan. Jane would be the 3rd great aunt of the (in)famous US Vice-President, Dan Quayle.
