And in this image, I've circled the o at the end of "who" and "to" for comparison against the d at the end of "and" & "And".

It looks conclusive that this is "And", not "Jno". But now the question is whether the clerk made a mistake by writing "and" (the article) twice, rather than "and" & "And" (short for Andrew).
