I have come accross these 2 names whilst researching my wifes family tree we Live in Bury Lancs
John Hampton was christened on
23 Aug 1818 his parents were John Hampto and Mrgt Fargher (is the Mrgt short for Margaret?)
Has anybody come accross these names or maybe have them in your tree ?
