Yes, there were two William Howland wills in Bride which could have belonged to the William who married Joney Howland and apparently predeceased her (in 1712 and 1714) but the one Jim has now posted was definitely the correct one, naming his wife Joney and only son William. His witness was his niece Mally Christian.

That William Howland died of smallpox and was buried "Parson" on 4 May 1712.
