I presume you have looked at ManxNoteBook - 75% of the 19,000 18th Century will are summarised there + a fair amount of post 1670 wills - you will generally need land records - marriage contracts (some 2000 of which 75% are also summarised on MNB CD) are very useful and land records are generally essential pre 1700 for most parishes
