Do you have actual proof of these parents (wills ?) or are you basing it on census ages ? Since there were no children named Hugh or Ann, I’d be a bit sceptical.

The one below would fit well with the names of first son and first daughter of Robert and Elizabeth, and also with Robert’s age of 70 in 1861:
