The testing of one male Moore so far in the study suggests that this Manx family is of a strong Celtic origin. However his results are close to several other Manx families and so we need at least one more Moore male to take part in the study to resolve this uncertainty and define the Moore Y-DNA profile more accurately.

So one free Y-DNA test is currently available to a male Moore of Manx origin, on a firstcome/firstserved basis, subject to assessing how closely related he might be to the other Moore already tested.
