it's over half a century since I did Latin and my large latin dictionary + grammar books are elsewhere - a guess (noia is new) editm is I think short for editum - supine (verbal noun) of edo (to give out to publish) thus something like 'to newly publish' - can't recall seeing it in the mostly 18th century documents though tho noia Jur - new jurors etc is very common
