There is an email address there. I suggest you write to them giving his full name, burial date and details from my last message, and the details from Brian's wills index entry, and ask for the cost of a photocopy of his will to be airmailed to you.

If you are in the IOM you can view the will at the counter (or used to be able to do so), for a small charge.
