2 year old Margaret wasn’t with the family, but she may be the 2 year old 3 pages further on with a John Christian age 75 ---- Ancestry lists her as Margaret Kammer but Brian Lawson indexed her as:

This Kaneen family seems to disappear after 1841 and I’m wondering whether they could have emigrated, leaving Margaret behind, possibly in the care of a family called Sayle (ie Margaret could have been known as Margaret Sayle prior to her marriage in 1868)

There’s a tree on Ancestry which is compiled by a great granddaughter of a John Arthur Kaneen b 1859 Prince Edward Island, Canada. JAK was the son of a John Kaneen b circa 1825 Isle of Man. If you look at immigration records (my subscription isn’t good enough) you might find that this John Kaneen was the same person as the JK age 15 in 1841 above, and that maybe he emigrated with all his family bar little Margaret.
