The word, indexes, is not strictly accurate - there is a treasure trove of information available. Many of the marriages not only have the actual date but also provide the names of the parents of the bride and groom which enables you to verify that you have the right family member. You do have to remember that the baptism dates are not necessarily the date of birth - I thought that one woman had had triplets until I realised that the three children were just baptised on the same date!

I believe that these indexes are the parish information that the iMuseum originally said they would add to their online site and which we have all been eagerly waiting for. Hopefully they will still do this as a 7 day subscription to the iMuseum would be considerably less than a subscription to Ancestry.
