I have suggested before on the board that instead of using the 'Search' function it is just as successful (sometimes more so) to just use a Google search. The added success is because Google also archives the name of the person who posted the message. Write "Manx Genealogy" plus the names and places you are trying to find again, and also try "isle-of-man.com" plus the words you want to find.
