That telus.net site was Brian's old one before he moved the files across to the FHS. You can also see his 'Latest Transcriptions' [2008] through the same page.
When the server closed his Home page they seemed to forget that there were attached databases which could still be reached individually. You can still reach several of his other pages as well if you know the direct address.

There is also an old one of the wills by date which I used to find some of the ones which disappeared during the move.
