I'm looking for the parents of Margaret Cubbin, born Santan about 1865 please.
I've looked on Ancestry, no IOM records, and have tried imiseum(Not found).
Lawsons site starts later.
Have found her in Census, 1871, living with the Cowin sisters as a Boarder, in Douglas. Census, states born Marown. Cowin sisters born in Peel about 1820. Later Census states Margaret born Santan. Never married. Had a son in 1890. Was in House of Industry in 1891.
I am trying to help a friend out....
