If an article has no name at the end, or in the title like "Hampton's History Corner", it is almost always written by the Editor Priscilla Lewthwaite whose address is in the front page of the journal. You could try emailing the Secretary Pat Nicholson to ask whether you should send the payment and the sizes you require to Priscilla or to the Treasurer.
