by 1860 almost extinct tho I have found - the doc are held at Manx Museum - they are supposed to have an index to put online (www.imuseum.im) but the actual document is the judgement of the court (ecclesiastical - consistory court I think) - these name the parties (but not the child) and may indicate the woman suing for maintenance - some discussion at www.manxnotebook.com/cd_only/prsnts/index.htm
