In trying to help, I found another Jelley/Jelly with the middle name of 'Colquitt', a Henry Colquitt Jelley, son of a Robert Andrew Joseph Jelley. I don't know if it just coincidence or could there a connection? I'm wondering, given the Manx naming patterns, if Henry Colquitt Jelley, might have given a son the name "Robert" in honor of his father, and then gave the son his middle name of "Colqluitt?"
Below is what I've found on-line.

Again from Family Search "Isle of Man, Births and Baptisms, 1821-1911, " on 13 Mar 1895, Douglas, lOM a Henry Colquitt Jelley, was born to a Robert Andrew Joseph Jelley and Eliza Jane Corrin.
