I have tried writing info on bits of paper and tried juggling them - but reckon the post-it would be better.
It's just as well my tablets for high blood pressure are working at the moment :) cos these Caines are impossible to sort out :(
My old Manx cottage doesn't have much space but will try your suggestion.
