Thanks for the earlier information kindly provided it adds to my understanding of the area from which my ancestors came prior to arriving here in Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately I only have a typed version of this letter as it was supplied to me by a researcher from America whose ancestor had written to the Lord of Castlewellan in the 19c for information and got this reply from my ggg grandfather, I will however post this to you if you wish, should you provide me with an address.
