Looking at burial records, monumental inscriptions, censuses, Manx Notebook
Can't find baptism for Wm Cleator 1808 but Monumental Inscription Jurby #114/115 would suggest that he was born 1808 died 1888 and was the son of William Cleator 1776-1825 and Elizabeth Stephen/Steven 1776-1834
The will summary of Wm 1776-1825 lists a William as first son.
1825-2 E jw CLEATOR William dated 12 Sep 1825;jw with wife Elizabeth als Stephen - mutual execs - wife sworn;ch Wm, Thomas, Ann, Jane, Elizth + Cath; [?bapt for Wm]
Of course all of this bears further research.
The John and Margaret at Sartfield 1851 census died 1851 and 1858 respectively.. Not sure how they fit in with Wm 1808
There is a John Cleator who md Joney Stephen/Steven who seems to be a sister of the above Elizabeth
There is also a John Cleator who is s/o John Corlett & Alice Cleator
