"Demised to him" in the second quarterland is probably a short-hand reference to the sort of formula which appears in the first entry on page 1 of the 1511 southside roll for Rushen-
'demised to them and assigns for a term of 7 years this being the 6th'. Thre northside roll is actually a couple of years newer, and it may be that new leases were running in 1513, alternatively you may have the position where the leases are only from yearr to year The other entry 'by the 4 jurors' refers to land previously unoccupied where the jury was putting forward a new tenant to pay rent for landNGC
