I need some suggestions please re: Getting BMD Certs.
I have been using the Volume, Page & Reference Numbers etc,from ManxBMD to apply for cert copies and have had great success until recently.
For the past 3 weeks, I have had my 21.00 cheque , returned to me from the Registries, because I used the ManxBMD Vol/Page/info for three certs that I was after. As this data from ManxBMD is the ONLY way I can get the info for ordering certs, as I live in UK.
I was wondering if anyone can suggest how I can order certs without having to pay all of the extra fees for searches, even though I have supplied the relevant info?
Is there any other way the Volume & Page numbers can be found for the ordering of these cert copies?

It seems to me that the IOM Registries are becoming pedantic as they keep asking me for more money per cert and also extra for searches as they won't use the ManxBMD references now.
Any help gratefully received.
