In the Burial Register,it just states 'Balladoole, Arbory 38 yrs'. I've looked at the handful of Cashins bured in Malew and hardly any are in the 20th Century. The one who was buried in 1906 was my grt grt grandmother, who was living with her daughter at the end of her life. but I don't know about your Susan, as she's not on my database. Most of the Cashins came from Patrick/German with some in the Douglas area.
I've just looked at the 1911 Census and found her, I assume, born 1881, married 4 years, born Castletown, with 2 young sons, John Joseph, 1 1/2 yrs and Wilfred, 5 mos. The address was 33 Stopford Street, Toxteth Park, Liverpool. She may have moved back to the IoM but if not, it's perfectly possible that she was buried in Malew because that was her parish of birth. I don't know whether you have the marriage details but they're not on Manx Lawsons, as far as I can see.
I've also checked all the Susans in the IoM in 1911 (only 6-7 of them) but none was born in Castletown.
I don't have any more time now but will check my Cashin men tomorrow.
Regards,
Jo
