Have been trying to verify the Robert Costain & Mary Christian as possible parents of Robert. There is a death for Mary aged 58 in 1847 & one for Robert aged 61 in 1867 both Malew (Brian's lists) but in his census the oldest Robert for 1841 is aged 35 too young to have a 20 year old son . No Mary suitable either in the 1841 census as far as I can see. I did find a William Costain chr Aug 1825 Malew to a Robert & Mary but couldn't find Robert for the Feb 1818 christening. I would really like someone to recommend a good site as the 2 I used over 6 months ago seem to have gone now. Thanks
