I have received the death certificate from the Isle of Man Registry and Edith Ellen Greenwood, no mention of Grimwood, died on 12 October 1951 and was listed as a Spinster, aged 69 years. So my original findings appear correct, but it is still strange that the Edith Grimwood, who can be traced to Cumbria, but was married twice, and had similar, almost identical birth details. Such a puzzle!
