Re: Glan Rushen Quaile/Quayle's

The Maughold register has Margt QUAYLE als KIRMEEN buried Jan 30 1692.

BL's will index has two entries, but I cannot see a second burial:
QUAIL, Margaret 1692-1 Mau KERMEEN A w 0106206
QUAYLE, Margaret 1695-1 Mau KIRMEEN A w 0106207

The one dated 1695 has been transcribed by Joyce Oates, and mentioned 3 daurs (named) and only son (unnamed) all underage. It isn't clear whether both wills refer to the same person. Joyce seems to think so, because in her summary she writes:
"Archd will 1695 #43 bk 1 Maughod, of Margaret Quayle als Kirmeen at Balneskegg, dated at the top 1692: only son [William Quayle, who married David/Daniel Macleroy’s daughter], 3 dau Kath, Ann & Margery are joint executors. Uncles of the children are John and William Kirmeen and are made supervisors. 2 Jan 1694/5: David Macleroy and John Kirmeen went before Vicar General Jn Xtn regarding the ‘young couple’, that is the only son in Margaret’s will and David Macleroy’s daughter, both of whom are underage; David acknowledges the contract was fulfilled by John Kirmeen. Maughold bur reg: Margt Quayle als Kirmeen bur 30 Jan 1692. Maughold bur reg: Arthur Quayle bur 12 Oct 1689. SEE ALSO Archd will 1695 #44 bk 1 Maughold, of John Kirmeen, died 7 Nov 1695".

Part of her summary for John Kirmeen's will reads:
"....3 daughters of Arthur Quayle and 3 youngest children of Willm Kirmeen (William, Bessy, Katherin, all of age by Jul 1703) his executors. 3 daus of Arthur Quayle were to stay at Balneskegg and have his quarter crop. David Macleroy in behalf of the executors being undage, Thomas Quayle, John his son in law and daughter Callow are sworn supervisors of Arthur Quayle children and Wm Kermeen sworn supervisor over his own children. Daniel (or David)’s son in law is William Quayle, brother of Arthur Quayle is Thomas Quayle who is supervisor of Arthur Quayle’s children; the eldest is at age in 1695; dau are: Cath Quayle, Ann Quayle, Margery Quayle; Thomas Quayle is dead by March 1704 but alive 2 Nov 1699, & his wife is Margart Callow. Mary Quayle is another sibling of Arthur Quayle. SEE ALSO Archd will 1695 #43 bk 1 Maughod, of Margaret Quayle als Kirmeen, dated at the top 1692. Maughold bur reg: John Kirmeen bur 9 Nov 1695. Maughold bur reg: Thomas Quayle bur 30 Dec 1703".

Constance Radcliffe writes that John Kermeen handed over his right in Ballaskeig to his niece Margaret Kermeen on her marriage to Arthur Quayle in 1677. She suggests that the Quayle families in Maughold originated in Lezayre.
